WRONG BUY ISSUES
We don't do refunds. If you decide that you don't like the item anymore or want another design instead, too bad, buy again.
WRONG SIZE ISSUES
If you realised that it doesn't fit within 7 days from receiving your package, we can do an exchange of size for you. Our only request is that the item is unused (though we wouldn’t know, would we?), and kept in the same condition and package it came it. Drop a request to email@example.com with your order number, the product name and size in mind, and we’ll take it from there.
- You are granted only 1 exchange of size for each item
- Exchange request are only accepted within 7 days from package received
- We don’t do exchange of size for sales items
- We don't do exchange of design for any item
- We won't bear the cost of the return postage (it's only fair)
- We insist on registered mail for the return for traceability: if you do opt for normal mail, we are not responsible for any lost mail
- Not all exchange request are accepted: we can accept or deny the request based on the validity, availability of in-stock sizes, and returned items' condition
- If the request is denied for invalidity or out-of-stock size opted, too bad
- If the request is denied for found pre-used conditions, you would be charged for the resend of the same item back (SGD$3 for Local Registered postage OR SGD$5 for the Standard International Registered postage)
- If the request is accepted, the new size will be shipped out to you within 3 working days (no charge for Local Registered postage OR the Standard International Registered postage)
WRONG ITEM ISSUES
If we fucked up and mailed you the wrong item, send us the order number, the product name and size, and we’ll bear the cost of the return and resend postage.
