WRONG SIZE ISSUES

Rings are tricky huh? If you realised that your ring doesn't fit within 7 days from receiving your package, we'll do a one-time exchange of size for you. Our only request is that the item is unused and kept in the same package it came in. Drop a request to helpme@blessyoumydear.com with your order number, the product name and new size in mind, and we’ll take it from there.

      • Only 1 exchange of size is granted for each item
      • Exchange requests are only accepted within 7 days from package received
      • Does not include exchange of design
      • The return postage is at your own cost: Tracked Package is advised for traceability but if you do opt for normal mail, we are not responsible for any lost mail
      • Not all exchange request are accepted: we'll accept or deny the request based on the validity, availability of in-stock sizes, and returned items' condition
      • If the request is denied for found pre-used conditions, postage for the item's resend back to you will be charged 
      • If the request is accepted, the new size will be shipped out to you within 3 working days with no additional postage charge

If we fucked up and mailed you the wrong item, send us the order number, the product name and size, and we'll make it up to you.
